Job Description: Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager your goals will be to:
• Drive sales through close partnership with the Store Manager.
• Train and educate incoming employees as well as help to recruit future store employees.
• Motivate and inspire your team to bring out the best in them. The selling environment must be focused on customer service and achieving recognition through excellent performance.
• Tracking and communicating important retail items to upper management.
• Managing visual merchandising.
• Opening and closing store.
• Supervising scheduling for your store.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work well with the architect, the homeowner and the construction team.
